Agwenda Women Input Loan Initiative, AWILI, provides three main services in support of biodiversity. Firstly, as an agro-dealership, AWILI sells improved and certified agro-inputs through their outlet depots across Malawi. Secondly, through Input Finance, AWILI provides agro-inputs and extension service on credit to women and youths, which is paid back in kind. Thirdly, by financial inclusion, AWILI provides village savings and loan association (VSLA) knowledge and in partnership with NBS Bank opens savings accounts for farmers to start a saving culture.
