Malaika Enterprise produces organic oyster mushrooms on its village model farm, while also providing training and mentorship to groups of both women and youth who are engaged in mushroom production. The mushroom production process is done in a flask-walled ecofriendly low-cost mushroom house with local technology. This technology enables the enterprise to produce organic mushrooms throughout the year.
